GROWER has been the voice of the $2 billion vegetable growing and berryfruit industries for more than six decades.
GROWER is published 11 times a year for Horticulture New Zealand’s vegetable growers.
This includes outdoor crops such as potatoes, onions, squash, sweetcorn and brassicas, plus indoor crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers and capsicum. In addition, GROWER is read and referred-to by those who support this important primary industry, including horticultural suppliers, banks, educational institutions and government organisations.
Subjects include the latest in crop and disease research, profiles of successful growers, recent developments in growing techniques, the latest in new products and services and grower feedback.
All levy-paying vegetable growers receive a free copy of the magazine. Non-growers can subscribe for $90 a year (11 issues).
