HortNZ and NZFCT IFPA Produce Executive Program Partial Scholarship
The IFPA Produce Executive Program is a hands-on leadership initiative designed by industry, for industry. Participants will gain practical strategies to develop business growth, explore global trends, and broaden their understanding of domestic and export markets. Horticulture New Zealand, in partnership with the New Zealand Fruitgrowers Charitable Trust (NZFCT) are offering five partial scholarships including a 35% discount to successful candidates. Partial scholarships are available to help make this program more accessible, supporting current and future leaders to gain the insights to secure a sustainable future for their businesses.

About the program
Program dates: 9 August-14 August 2026.
Venue: Rydges Formosa Golf Resort, Auckland, 110 Jack Lachlan Drive, Beachlands.

Who can apply
The Produce Executive Program is designed for middle to senior managers and key emerging leaders across the New Zealand produce industry. Participants bring a diverse range of skills and experience, representing all stages of the supply chain, from growers through to retailers.

All applicants must complete an application form. Five partial scholarships are available.

Selection
Five partial scholarships are available, successful applicants will be advised in early July 2026.
Cost
HortNZ and the NZFCT will cover 35% of the registration fee with this partial scholarship, reducing the program cost to $6,171+GST per person. This program cost covers instruction, accommodation, all meals, books, and supplies.
All successful applicants are required to meet return travel costs to Auckland.
