Cyclone Gabrielle update

A National State of Emergency has been declared for all of New Zealand.
- Red weather warnings are currently in place for much of the North Island
- People in affected areas are urged to put safety first and be prepared to evacuate.
Follow all Civil Defence advice.
Stay home, stay safe and avoid non-essential travel.
If life, health or property is in immediate danger, call 111.
For any non-life-threatening assistance, contact your local Civil Defence Centre.
HortNZ and your product groups will endeavour to keep lines of communication open with growers wherever possible and provide guidance as new information comes to hand. Updates will be posted regularly to HortNZ's website.
